We’re fully remote and UK-based. There’s no daily stand-up where you recite what you did yesterday. We trust people to manage their own time and get things done.
We move quickly, communicate clearly, and don’t have layers of approval for simple decisions. If something’s broken, you fix it. If you have a better idea, say so.
