Cookie policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Websites can also keep small amounts of information in your browser’s own storage, which works in a similar way. This policy covers both.
What we use
This website doesn’t set any cookies of its own. It keeps a few things in your browser’s storage instead, only so the site works as you’d expect:
Your light or dark display choice, if you pick one. If you use our live chat, an anonymous sign-in and the chat’s reference, so the conversation carries on if you reload the page. If you sign in to the client portal or staff dashboard, your sign-in, which lasts only as long as that browser tab is open.
None of this is used for advertising or to follow you around other websites.
Our hosting provider
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To protect it from attacks and automated traffic, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie, such as __cf_bm, _cfuvid or cf_clearance. These are strictly necessary, aren’t used to track you, and aren’t something the site itself sets or reads.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individuals. Our fonts come from Google Fonts, which doesn’t set cookies either.
Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Clearing what this site stores will only reset your display choice, end an open chat, or sign you out. You will not be targeted with adverts as a result of visiting us.
